No worries. We’ll teach you everything you need to know before launching, including paddling technique, boat handling, and safety tips.
Tours are only canceled if conditions are extreme or unsafe for participants. If we cancel for safety reasons, you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.
A packraft is a lightweight, inflatable boat that's highly stable, much more so than a traditional kayak. It's great for all skill levels. We use packrafts for safe, enjoyable tours on lakes, rivers, and seas. Their stability helps you explore confidently, reducing the risk of capsizing.
Yes. For safety, we accept participants up to 250 lbs. If you have back problems or other big medical conditions.
Comfortable clothes -no cotton- that can get wet, secure footwear (like water shoes or sport sandals), sunscreen, water bottle, snack, hat or cap.

Cancellations up to 3 days before the tour: 100% refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations between 3 and 1 day before: 75% refund minus transaction fees.
