How long are the tours?

Each tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, including breaks to rest, explore, and enjoy the scenery.

What’s included in the tour?

We provide the packraft, paddle, life jacket -all of them ultralight a top gear- certified guide, safety briefing, and a thoughtfully curated experience rooted in local knowledge.

Are there breaks during the tour?

Yes. We take 4 breaks of 10 to 15 minutes to hydrate, take photos, and soak in the surroundings.

Is it physically demanding?

Expect moderate physical effort with four 10–15-minute paddle sessions. It's perfectly suitable for those with basic fitness, and our guides will ensure you're well-supported. Get ready for an amazing experience!

No worries. We’ll teach you everything you need to know before launching, including paddling technique, boat handling, and safety tips.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Tours are only canceled if conditions are extreme or unsafe for participants. If we cancel for safety reasons, you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.

What is a packraft and how safe is it?

A packraft is a lightweight, inflatable boat that's highly stable, much more so than a traditional kayak. It's great for all skill levels. We use packrafts for safe, enjoyable tours on lakes, rivers, and seas. Their stability helps you explore confidently, reducing the risk of capsizing.

Are there any physical or health restrictions?

Yes. For safety, we accept participants up to 250 lbs. If you have back problems or other big medical conditions.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes -no cotton- that can get wet, secure footwear (like water shoes or sport sandals), sunscreen, water bottle, snack, hat or cap.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, on the menu, button My bookings you can cancel o reschedule your tour.
Cancellations up to 3 days before the tour: 100% refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations between 3 and 1 day before: 75% refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
